CJJ ADOPTS FORMAL POSITION ON THE ADAM WALSH ACT
On May 3, 2009, the CJJ Council of State Advisory Groups (SAGs), comprising the Chairs/Chair-designees of the 48 CJJ member SAGs, considered and adopted a formal position statement on the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006.
